Dinners are served in a dining area on a dry riverbed, where you can hear the hyenas and the King of the Manyeleti. Small groups make it perfect for starting your Kruger Park adventure. The tents have a front deck and there is a pleasant swimming pool.
Heard the distant bells of cows returning home, which disrupted my peace and quiet.

I got great value for my money at Wild Olive Tree Camp. The room was cozy and comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right in front of Orpen Gate in KNP. The staff treated us exceptionally well, catering to our every need.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of pastries.

We stayed at Wild Olive Tree Camp for 3 nights during our visit to Kruger Park. The food was delicious, with breakfast and dinner being highlights of the day. The camp was clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and our game drive with our excellent tour guide, Patrick, was unforgettable. Getting close to the animals in Manyeleti was amazing. The prices were fair, and it was evident that the community put in great effort to create a lovely place to stay. The location, just by the entrance of Kruger, made it easy to explore the area. Hoedspruit airport was also conveniently close.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Wild Olive Tree Camp! the staff was nice and accommodating, even when we arrived late for check-in. the tents were cool and spread out, providing a sense of privacy. the highlight was definitely the communal dinners and cheap beer around the fire, creating a cozy and fun atmosphere. the camp's location couldn't be better, as it is incredibly close to the Orpen Gate. No need for Wi-Fi here, it was a refreshing break from technology. we highly recommend Wild Olive Tree Camp for its unique experience and value for money. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.
